View your order
Open your Aureline order confirmation email and select View your order. Your order status page shows the latest available updates.
If tracking has been added to your order, you can follow the shipment from that page or from your shipping confirmation.
Can’t find your confirmation? Check your spam or junk folder, then leave us a note with the email address you used at checkout.
